ideally, the group should be something like an apartment complex: a group of people, remaining somewhat separate, with their own interesting things going on, occasionally interact to supply random, entertaining novelty for those who share proximate space (see Krzysztof Kieślowski's "Decalogue" for a good cinematic example). with any luck it will be enlightening and odd.
