HD all the way

For those of us with decent displays : )

1. Choosing the HD versions if they exist, and
2. Optionally showing only HD videos

Hi!

I just discovered lasttube and I already love it.
I was thinking of rating the videos. Maybe just "thumbs up/down". So that the videos can fit better with our musical taste and expectations.
