Six7Six7 This program is my savior. For the last month I couldn't figure out why iTunes kept freezing up my brand new macbook. Turns out Last.FM was the culprit. I deleted, got iScrobbler, and now everything is perfect in the world. Thank you!

jeffbax Works fine in 10.7 as far as I can tell, only thing that I noticed is that there is a ghost application in mission control which would be nice to hide somehow.

hashbrown_jr in need of help...i got this problem and i ask everyone i come in contact wit...so im gonna ask this last time i've been tryin to get access to the music in my library and i just wanna know do i need to download sumthin to do this i got the lastfm scrobble already..i can only listin to whatever it wants me to listing to..and it sucks.........help:-(

UltraNEO @Teslacoil33 It's not a application that appears in the dock, you should get a music note icon on your menu-bar when it's running. :)

Teslacoil33 iScrobbler won't appear in the Dock. It will appear in the menu bar (top right corner) as a small double quaver.

stevencor just joined iScrobbler but it doesn't really work: when I launch it, it doesn't show an icon in the dock so I'm not able to listen to radio nor able to check my scrobbles... somebody a solution? I use latest version of snow leopard and have been able to update the iscrobbler (it gave a popup)

eighteenforever all of my songs have been queuing lately. it updates eventually, but it takes it awhile. anyone else have this issue?

mark_bradford I've also had to leave iScrobbler - no matching tracks or just one track scrobbled in spite of multiple listens. ScrobblePod doesn't seem to have the same problems, so I've switched to that for now. Hope it gets fixed!

iCamp I had to stop using iScrobbler & switch to ScrobblePod. iScrobbler's instability and unreliable scrobbles just got to be too much. I hope someone picks up the iScrobbler project someday as the feature set is unbeatable...but it's broken.

resuna I'm still using iScrobbler 1.5.1 under Snow Leopard (because I didn't like all the extra features in 2.x) and it works fine.

paynexkiller Just joined, and interested in starting to use this. Is there a way to use it without using Itunes? Hate that shit. lol. Looking for a straight forward explanation. I use Nano 8gb.

gurple Which new version? I'm getting confused by antst's v2.2/1771 and the older 2.3.0b1 "update" (which doesn't work) that the update mechanism within iScrobber prompts me to "update" to. Fork madness?

ghutchin If you dig deeper into the SVN log, it appears that the future releases of iScrobbler will require 10.6 as a minimum OS as well.

johan_lunds It doesn't seem development has stopped. Last commit in SVN was done 12th of April. You can see the ten latest changes by running this in Terminal.app: "svn log http://www.bergstrand.org/brian/software/svn/iscrobbler/ --limit 10" It seems Twitter-support is being added.

FSylvestris Well, that does it for iScrobbler. Development seems to have stopped, and there are no fixes for the bug I keep getting under 10.6. (This means I won’t have any further use for my "Cycle iScrobbler" AppleScript.)

Nerwende I get the "no matching tracks" sometimes as well. Other times some tracks are scrobbled but very rarely all of them. :( Today I got another weird error but didn't catch what it was.

root_42 Hrm, scrobbling the plays on my iPhone does not seem to work anymore. I just get a "no matching tracks". Anyone else having this problem?

SimpsonFreak If I use the App and listen with the normal iphone player it scrobbels but does it need more energy?

0xDEADD00D Anyone else getting database errors when it tries to save local charts? I get: [Oct 14, 2009 15:28:57 -0400]-[ERR] failed to save persistent db (Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=1550 UserInfo=0x11cc4eae0 "items is not valid." -- (null)) ...in the logs every time it tries.
