With a mix of concerts, live-performances and club events, the annual six-day CTM-Festival, based in Berlin, presents a comprehensive survey of outstanding international electronic and experimental music. An accompanying program of debate, presentations, screenings, workshops and art installations invites you to get to grips with the riveting artistic, social and technological aspects of electronic and media culture. CTM puts the focus on the artistic aspects of current music production and on the social role of music in the context of “electronic culture”. Interdisciplinary “Crossover” is a key concept in programming the Festival. CTM takes place parallel to the transmediale, Berlin's festival for art and digital culture.
