I get only 5GB of data from my hosting provider per week. So I have to keep my data usage under 5GB per week or my website will be suspended and nobody can view any badges anymore. That's why I the badges are only 20% of the full quality picture.

I can't provide the ( high quality ) badges anymore. It uses over 20 GB of bandwidth per day. I get no donations, and I can't afford this.
