Wich is the most special song of WHW for you ? / Cual es para ti, la cancion mas…

First are 'The Death Of Love' and 'La Mort D'Amour' .... They were like a direct touch to my heart ...
Then came my beloved "Of Empires Forlorn '.... It is very important for me because that song (and the whole album in general) helped me a lot during a bad period in my life.
But now ... now is 'Vessel'... exciting and very special ... .... I can't even explain what makes me feel .... And though Rain's voice is incredibly awesome, would do anything to hear this song with the voice of Tom Phillips :-)
Well, I think is not necessary say that I love all the songs from WHW ... jejeje ...

Primero están ‘The Death Of Love’ y ‘La Mort D'Amour’…. Fueron como un toque directo al corazón…
Luego llego mi adorada ‘Of Empires Forlorn’….Es muy importante para mi, porque esa canción, (y el disco entero en general) me ayudaron mucho durante una mala época de mi vida.
Pero ahora…ahora esta Vessel…emocionante y muy especial…. Ni siquiera puedo explicar lo que me hace sentir…. Y aunque la voz de Rain es increíblemente impresionante, haría lo que fuera por escuchar esta canción con la voz de Tom Phillips :-)
Y bueno, creo que no es necesario aclarar que adoro todas las canciones de WHW…jejeje…

Es difícil decidirse por una verdad ????

Soulsadness is a masterpiece...along with the whole album :)

Errr… "Thus With A Kiss I Die" still hold a special place in my heart. It’s the first song I’ve ever heard from WHW. At first, I didn’t like it, I didn’t like Tom’s voice at all… the wide vibrato seemed ridiculous to me. But as the song went by, I started to appreciate what I was hearing… and I was hooked before the song even finished playing. Yes, it was an mp3, yes I did downloaded "Sorrow Of The Angels". It was a recommendation from a friend of mine. And I’m glad I listened to this album, because WHW is now one of my all-time favorite bands.

The emotional vibe I get from "Thus With A Kiss I Die" is incredible… I recently bougth the first album (thank God Tom for the reissue!! XD) and following the lyrics while listening to the song brings me to the verge of tears. I so love it !

Apart from that, I’d say that "The Drowning Years", "Of Empires Forlorn" and "Souldsadnes" are my favorites.

And if we’re talking about the new album, "Vessel" is clearly the stand out track for me. On another occasion, I’d find the lyrics quite cheesy, but the way they are delivered, combined to the melody, makes it an incredibly moving song.

And there you have it. ;)

To be honest I have about 5 favourite as i don't know to split them apart! they are "Thus with a kiss i die", "The furthest shore", "Sorrow of the angels", "Voice in the wind" and "Vessel". The other songs ae all amazing but these are the pick of the bunch :)
