This group is for all of us who like those bands which have REALLY STRANGE names. :)

What was Björn thinking when he named his band "Mando Diao"? Do you find it really difficult to pronounce "Sugarplum Fairy"? Why "Architecture in Helsinki"? The list of names like that goes on and on.

So, if you're one of those who always start wondering "what the fuck does this mean?", then you're invited to join this group with people who have the same doubts that YOU have!

    and late of the pier....i think that they don't even know what does it mean.....and mando diao came from a dream from his lead singer.......and don't forget "yo la tengo", or "I'm from Barcelona" they both are not from Spain hahahahha.....I remember now bands with strange names like: "The academy is...", "New young pony club", "Snow patrol"......hahahah I wanted to name my band "Octopus party" hahahha is a bad translation from a tipical dish from Spain.....but in the end we decided to be "The Rackets" because we all play tenis......but I prefer the other name......what do you say??
