After realising that the current Last FM Freedom group has very little to do with actually being free, I thought I'd create a group for those who crave...

Freedom from society.
Freedom from your job.
Freedom from your school.
Freedom from all your problems.
Freedom from tyranny and oppression.
Freedom from your life.
Freedom from everything.

These are all but a few of the many types of freedom many of us crave for.

I long for freedom from everything.

    In the philosophical view of existentialism, being free mostly has to do with knowing that you are free. So even if you are imprisoned you are allowed a freedom of mind, of morality, of belief, and of self, even if physically confined. But when you take away the freedom of mind and instill fear and superstition in people’s minds, then they would be degrading their consciousness.
