Taxation in finland is some of the highest in the world. Brutal doesnt even cut it. Borderline socialism to be honest. Finnish people have some of the lowest "purchacing power" in the developed world. We do have, however, free high quality health care, schools and other public services. Your average minimum income worker can expect to pay a monsterous 18 to 20% tax. People earning a decent wage will be paying 30 to 40% in tax......
