  That's insanely high. I dunno if the goal is to make it as high as possible; I feel like perhaps about 4.0 - 4.2 is the sweet spot. Diverse taste but still some favorite artists you know well. Btw, AEP can also be calculated here (use the "overall" stat for purposes of this group, but 3months is interesting too).

  I can see the sense in using AEP to measure diversity, and it's a worthy goal to get people to listen to a wider mix of music, but just looking at the top 50 alone seems a little insufficient. What about people who have a huge mixture of total different artist plays, but an exponential top 50? Or looking at including variety of tag counts? I'm sure the basic measure could be improved somewhat :)

  I had 4.27. ...Then a month later, I had over 1,000 Superchunk plays and couldn't stop playing them. Plus I am seeing them Live in concert July 17th. I now have 3.98 and sadly leaving group.
