Because there are so many good artists out there to listen just a few ones :)...

An exponential music profile is one where the top artists are listened a lot. If you listen many different artists this is the group for you.

The Join Condition
Tracks played greater than 5000
AEP greater than 4 ( AEP Formula )

You can use this to calculate your AEP (thanks to urble).

But if you can't join this group because your AEP is less than 4 you can join to We Have Exponential Profiles.

I approve new members once a week.

on a psychological level, the only thing this group is trying to prove is that the people bragging here don't really give a shit about the music they're listening and its just noise and background for them, no wonder the beatles are #1 - considering the beatles are 1 of the trashiest bands on Earth

4.92, max 4.95. It's quite hard to be consistently above 4.9. But, as in all sports (scrobbling included) it's tough to keep in the Top-shape in every sporting season.
