Troy van Leeuwen
On a bright day, January the 5th 1970, L.A California, potential best guitarist on the planet was born. One of his first bands he played in is called 60 Cycle, they released two hard-to-find albums. The first one called Pretender, the second one was a self titled release.
Little Boots
After that Troy toured with an awesome group called Failure, critics said this was a very revolutionary and talented band, but mass public didn't really seem to dig their music, it never came further than a huge underground reputation.
Failure
Troy needed some money so he did studio work with bands like Korn, Orgy, Depeche Mode and even Crazy Town!
While touring Failure, he got contacted with J.M Keenan while touring with Failure, so Keenan asked mister van Leeuwen to play in his band A Perfect Circle.
A Perfect Circle
He ended this great musical experience to join the Queens Of The Stone Age during the Songs For The Deaf Tour. After learning more than 30 songs in a few days, the Deaf tour is one of the most impressive band tours ever made in history. With members like Josh Homme, Nick Olivieri, Dave Grohl, Mark Lanegan and ofcourse our boy, this was like an all-star game.

He recorded 2 albums so far with Josh and the gang, Lullabies To Paralyze and Era vulgaris.
While we all know Troy is very diverse while being in bands, he even got's his own! His project called Enemy released one record, called Hooray For Dark Matter came out in 2005.

Yes, that's a badass guitar, it's a Yamaha SA503TVL signature guitar, but Troy has more guitars he likes to hit, including a Gibson ES-135 Semi-Hollow Body and Fender Telecaster Deluxe 1972 Reissue but those are just a few in the list.
