    Rob Britton Some of you may know Rob from Luxembourg, Brontosaurus Chorus or The New Royal Family, some of you may not. You’re more than welcome either way. Rob writes songs, sad little songs. Sometimes they’re okay enough that other people can hear them, that is what this page is for. There’s other Rob stuff on the laverne and Dear Idaho pages, so that’s nice too.

    Hecq Hecq (real name - Ben Lukas Boysen) can be seen as a phenomenon: an artist who consistently shows his amazing skills in creating new sound, a producer that works with musical technology and presents remixes that spotlight unseen facets in the work of other musicians. Boysen is more than an expert knob twiddler. The listener can easily hear that there is a sensitive human being operating the controls. This remarkable guitar-and-drums duo assault their instruments and audience in a way that could be described conservatively as wildly aggressive and frantically crazed, deliberately harsh and unapologetically brutal. Drummer / vocalist Adam Stonehouse attacks his kit in a style that has to be seen to be believed (any description would only trivialize it), all the while screaming as if he were passing kidney stones.
