How Does it Feel , is a cover, of whom I forget , something obscure from the 60's i think. maybe that explains why you hate it, not really Ride.

Not too obscure if you think that Creation Records was named after them.

Actually I'm glad there's someone out there that is not a fan of Twisterella. After Leave Them All Behind, the song is a real let down.

I don't hate any song... I don't even think I dislike any of them. Yes, of course there are songs I like more than I like others, but 'hate' is a very strong word.

It's a fusion of 'jazz' and 'funk'.. It's called 'junk'!

Well, it is. Of course I know worse songs than Twisterella but it sometimes really just hurts hearing it because it pretty much contrasts with what I love about them.

Yes, I agree, it's better.

Although I already love the original version, too.
I think most of the BBC versions are better. Or at least different.

Let me add the disclaimer that Ride were a huge influence on my high school and college years and are one my favorite all-time bands.

Having said that, I'd have to say Taste and Twisterella are pretty low on my Ride list.

I actually like Birdman except I think they coulda put more effort into a stronger guitar solo instead of having that long bit with the tablas and the lackadaisical strumming.

I think it's pretty much the consensus that Tarantula's their weakest effort. But I have to say that Black Nite Crash is pretty rockin'. I love the cover, too.

BNC is one of my top 5 Ride songs. It Rawks. It made Tarantula worth having.

I like Decay...

I think the video of Twisteralla pretty much sums up why I dont like it.

But great artwork for the 12". Really love looking at it.

I actually liked it after a first few listens. At the beginning, I would skip it. But the bass on the song is great.
