  http://www.last.fm/music/Zombies+On+Skyscrapers A new metal band out of PA, though we're labeled metalcore, we come very close at times to old school death and thrash metal, with influences such as Morbid Angel and Sodom, along with newer bands like Veil Of Maya. We have a bit of a unique and varied sound, and probably one of the heaviest bands coming out. We just came out with our new album, 1000 Ways To Die, and all of our songs are fully streamable and have free downloads. We provide a lot of things online from downloads to lyrics, so if you like free stuff and brutal metal you should take a look.

  of course you cannot trust wikipedia, particularly not in defining genres or categorizing artists, it's a mess... i didn't include Deftones because of any nu-metal trait but because i believed they fit into the broad spectrum of metal. but maybe i'm wrong. seems i should launch the mothership of hard rock ?
