Julian Barratt (born 4 May 1968) is an English comedian, musician, music producer and actor. Julian is best known for playing the character of Howard Moon in the comedy The Mighty Boosh.

Ahhh...I saw this and just had to join. Is it Julian Barratt I like, or is it Howard Moon? Do seem to have an odd affinity with the man - maybe it's the Jazz, or the guitar playing, or maybe its because he's a Yorkshire man, and proud. Yes Sir. My brother accuses me of sounding like him, but then I accuse him of the same - so where does that leave things...?
