  Great idea! My group is working very hard to create accurate tag stations within the Metal sub-genres. Our hope is to promote under-appreciated bands who are struggling against the Top Artists and the mainstream. Unfortunately, now that Last.fm is no longer free, we lost several hundred contributors. Feel free to listen to my tag stations if you like metal or are curious about it.

  Great idea for a group! When I first joined Lastfm, I thought the idea was to tag the music as close to the majority ideal as possible. Now that I know better, I can't wait to build stations by the year, by my mood, etc.
