Hello all, I am glad to see that the membership numbers continue to rise, it is always nice to hear from you all. I will be opening a discussion thread pertaining to the next installment in the Star Trek film franchise Star Trek XII and would love to hear about what this new reality means for the DS9's storyline, it will undoubtedly change as a result of the Narada's time shifting.

I wish there were DS9 films!!! Unfortunately, the new Trek probably sealed the deal on that being an impossibility now.

I read on Memory Alpha.org that the go fish scene was the last one shot, the one were they were all together in Vic's Lounge was the last time they were all together in a scene.

This time instead of putting a quot from the series, I am going to relay a couple of tidbits of information about the series that I have learned throughout the years. (I hope this opens up the floor to discussion). Season 3 was to conclude with a cliffhanger, With the episodes that became the season 4 Starfleet Coup episodes "Homefront" & "Paradise Lost", instead of the Stand Alone episode "The Adversary" & the Season 4 Feature "The Way of the Warrior". But the network did not want a cliffhanger at that time. During the final battle between Sisko & Dukat in the Bajoran Fire Caves, Avery Brooks accidentally punched Marc Alaimo, but because Alaimo was scheduled for other duties after filming they elected to continue and wrap up the filming then and there. The Last tidbit of info I have (for now) is that the Last Scene to be shot in the entire series was where Quark and Vic Fontaine were playing Go Fish in Vic's Lounge.

Well it's about time for another quote from the show, this time I thought I might throw out a little brilliant back and forth from Julian Bashir and Garak: "Of all the stories you told me, which ones were true and which ones weren't?" "My dear Doctor, they're all true." "Even the lies?" "Especially the lies." This is taken from the 22nd episode of season 2 entitled "The Wire", which incidentally is one of the only four appearances of Paul Dooley as Enabran Tain

Just thought I would start things of here with a quote from the series. "Fortune favors the bold... Well, I guess we're about to find out" - Benjamin Sisko (The last line spoken in the Episode "Favors the Bold" (Season 6 episode 5) just before the mission to retake Deep Space Nine from the Dominion/Cardassian Alliance)
