“Skrillex” is a name used by Sonny Moore to differentiate his dance music from his band music. Originally an old AIM screen name of his.

Throughout 2010 Skrillex has become more and more a part of Soony Moore’s life, he released the ‘My Name Is Skrillex EP” for free and is going to release ‘Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites’ through Mau5trap (Deadmau5’s Label) soon.

He also worked on Bring Me The Horizon’s newest album helping with programming and some backing vocals.
