    Hey all... Been a Crue fan for over 25 years. Got the HD CD when it first came out and listen to it all the time. I was lucky enough to meet Nikki at his book signing in Chicago last Sept. and just last week at the Cleveland CrueFest, got to meet DJ and James!~ They were awesome. Glad to see their are alot of other fans out there!

    I am proud I don't know about drugs, but I think at least the album really brings you the feel how horrible they can be. The beginning of Van Nuys always gives me chills because Michael just sings the song like he was in pain, dying alone in some cold place... Phew. Normally even the most tragical interpretation for me is like, "Nah, that singer isn't the only one who can do that", but somehow Michael makes it sounds more alive than anyone else I know. ;o

    THD was the best book I've ever read, and the CD is up there as well. Totally a step away from my melodic death metal and thrash bands, without being uninspired trash like most commercial bands.
