  • hey guys. i know this thread was made like a long time ago but something came up and i have a question that i've just got to ask. this list of tracks... is it accurate? and if it is, could some of the tracks have changed from the tv show to the season on dvd? here's why i ask. when i was watching the first season on dvd, there were a few songs that i really liked. so i thought to myself, "why not, i'll download the soundtrack." however, neither of these songs are on the soundtrack. actually, in this list, it says that other songs are played that actually aren't. specifically...

in episode ten, it says that sebadoh's "on fire" plays when carla gets on the bus. unfortunately, after googling the lyrics to the song, i couldn't find it, but i assure you that it's not "on fire."

also, in episode twelve, it says that five for fighting's "easy tonight" plays during the scene where elliot and dr. cox try for the perfect game. however another song plays.

now, google was a dead end for both of these songs, but if anyone has the first season on dvd, could you help me out? i'm just kinda confused, and i really like these two songs and want to find them if i can. thanks all.

I don't own the any of the DVDs, but here are two sites I really find helpful:
    1) Scrubs Show Guide on TV.com
For each episode you can find the featured music list in the "Notes" section for that episode.

    2) Scrubs Music and Songs at TuneFind.com
Not that pretty at all, but it works.

I cannot tell exactly how accurate these are, but it served me well when I wanted to find a few songs.
Maybe you could find an active Scrubs fansite and ask the people there. If it's a good site it probably has a forum board dedicated to the show's soundtrack.

    Good Luck :)

One of the episodes in season 5 (I forget which one) featured 'Shadow' by one of my favorite bands, The Southland. Definitely worth checking out.
