    @holeholtz "(ab)^(1/2)=a^(1/2)*b^(1/2), only for a or b>0" holds true if you consider valid exponentiation rules for complex numbers. In real numbers however, the premise 'a or b>0' is redundant because for a valid a^(1/2), the a is always >0 or =0. The trick of that paradox lies ultimately in the uncertainty of the number set. If it's just R, 'i' or roots of negatives are nonsensical. If it's C you have to assume 'a or b>0' as you said.

    Incorrect. (ab)^(1/2)=a^(1/2)*b^(1/2) is only true if at least one of the two numbers a or b is positive.

    1=(1)^1/2=[(-1)(-1)]^1/2=(-1)^1/2*(-1)^1/2=i*i=-1

    If there is any group that should have Symphony of Science in it's charts, it's this one. Make it happen people. Also "Golab502" and "RocketLord" can fuck off.

    Our whole universe was in a hot dense state, Then nearly fourteen billion years ago expansion started. Wait... The Earth began to cool, The autotrophs began to drool, Neanderthals developed tools, We built a wall [we built the pyramids], Math, science, history, unraveling the mysteries, That all started with the big bang! <3

    I woudn't say so, mostly those two don's have a lot of common ;) Or maybe I just don't see it or I just haven't learnt of such tightly bound phisically-chemical things yet ;]
