This group is for fans of Savatage.

Savatage is a heavy metal/progressive metal band founded by the brothers Jon and Criss Oliva in 1979. The band is known for recording many concept albums. Although they are currently considered a progressive Symphonic metal band, their origins could be attributed to thrash metal and power metal as expressed by their debut album, Sirens.

So sehr mir die Alben von TSA auch gefallen aber ein echtes neues Savatage Album würde ich viel lieber wieder hören. Der Erfolg von TSA scheint aber leider dagegen zu sprechen

Just became a Savatage fan during the Christmas season of 2008 when I saw TSO live in concert. At one point during the show they mentioned about another band called Savatage. I figure they might be worth a try and bought Hall of the Mountain king shortly afterward. Little over a year later, I now own all their albums except Fight for the Rock. Amazing band.
