This group is for fans and aspiring artists of a certain newer section of electronic house music as well as instrumental artists/bands that emphasize the synthesizer (or digitized version,) often incorporate 80s, 8-bit and new wave references, and is often recognized as or influenced by synthpop, synthwave, spacesynth, chillwave, outrun electro, french touch, french electro and italo disco. This group looks to serve as a vehicle for discovering and exploring new and related artists of this budding subgenre. Basically if you like any of the genres listed above, or the soundtrack to the movie drive or the videogame gta vice city, you will be at home here.
Please share any further recommendations of new and upcoming artists that are not currently known or connected to the group for the rest of us to check out. Also if you are an artist/band, or dedicated fan of, that specializes in this type of music please feel free to advertise links to new releases of your tracks/albums/videos for the rest of us to enjoy!
