    One of the best Bond movies I've seen, it's true it wasn't as epic as Casino Royale was, but at least it was entertaining.

    7/10 sounds about right. Casino Royale is the thinking man's James Bond. I would not call this one "intelligent" or "smart." I think it was a fun right.

    Saw it, thoroughly enjoyed it. However, after the incredible movie that was Casino Royale, this wasn't impressive. Still a very solid movie. Plane scene = awesome.

    I never expected the film to be as good as it actually was, a very pleasant surprise and a worthy follower to Casino Royale indeed! It was thrilling, cool, and even arty at times. I love the political plot (for the first time in a Bond-film, the americans are the really bad guys, as often in the real world). I would almost reach as far as to say that this movie manifests the new world order (Felix Leiter as Obama?), post-Bush-USA and the rise of new global superpowers (EU, Brazil, China...)
