At the moment, The Drapery Falls by Opeth. That song has been my number one for quite a while now so it's bound to change soon...

Between the Buried and Me - Colors

To me it's just one song (I bet you can't tell me where the songs changes the first time you listen to it, that's what I mean). An hour of awesomness and incredible musical talent. They played it live non-stop with almost no error at all. Some parts are actually better live because they improved it. To be able to play this is already incredible, they did all the way through. Masterpiece.
