I think I'm gonna go with "In The Court Of The Crimson King" because it is one of the first and King Crimsons finest (with maybe "Red", don't want to decide right now).

To me, the best prog metal album is "Blackwater Park" from Opeth. It's so intense, both brutal and sensitive ...

I'd have to say Tool - Lateralus
Devin Townsend's new one, Ziltoid the Omniscient, is awesome too.
And then my first taste of Opeth, Ghost Reveries, holds a special place for me.
