On last.fm you can find all of our newest songs:
2012 "Melodic In Fusion" Home recordings
and our 2004 album Start Somewhere
And this is Melodic in Fusion
Band members are:
Jan who is:
- looking stupid…
- playing the vocals (we know that’s not proper english but who cares ;-)
- playing the guitar as if he never learned it
Maus who is:
- looking hilarious…
- playing the bass (that guitar-like-thing with two strings missing)
Dobo who is:
- looking incredible…
- playing the drums like a drum-computer with a virus
- singing the backing vocals (believe it or not he doesn’t even need a mic in the rehearsals as his voice is f***ing noisy)
All recent songs where recorded by “Melodic In Fusion” using Cubase LE 5, EZdrummer and Podfarm, hope you like em :-)
All of our songs are somewhere in the melodic punk punk rock range. Mainly being influenced by being a sucker for good melodies and fast guitars… way back in the 90’s some people called it “Melodycore” :-) check it out on wikipedia… there really IS an article about that.
If you want to know anything more, get in touch with us on Facebook or Twitter :-)
And last but not least here’s our latest work, a video for our song “Time Goes By” hope you like it:
Cheers from germany :-)

29 Jan 2013, 19:03 by LetagereCheck Out ! Anne Clark-Weltschmerz Remixes by Synonym.Rec ! incl. my Projekt - Sunrise in Space !
For more than 30 years Anne Clark has held a unique place in contemporary music.Combining literary, socially engaged texts with innovative and genre-breaking music, she has covered every kind of style, while at the same time maintaining her own identity on each and every recording, whether it be the samples (before sampling became a concept) and electronically treated acoustics of The Sitting Room (1982), to the ground-breaking analogue synth classics of Sleeper In Metropolis (1983) and Our Darkness (1984).Consistently looking for new ways of expression and communication through the emotion of music and language, Anne seeks to not only challenge herself but her audience also.Going between extremes of the minimal Scandinavian jazz influences of Unstill Life (1991) to the pastoral and poetic interpretations and translations of Rainer Maria Rilke’s poetry on Just After Sunset (1997), to the full-on electronics and sparse acoustics of The Smallest Acts Of Kindness (2008), very few artists have covered such a wide spectrum over such a long and consistent career. At the end of 2010, Anne Clark released the first chapter of a vibrant and on-going project Past & Future Tense, the first release on her own label, After Hours Productions.Rather than turning out yet another compilation or collection of back catalogue, she decided, in this special anniversary year to invite young and innovative musicians, producers and DJs to take her material, all her material, not the most obvious numbers and to not just “remix” them but completely re-interpret them. The result a fresh, exciting and contemporary view by a new generation of an artist who in her turn influenced them and their development in the endless possibilities of electronic music. In January 2011 Anne contributed an arrangement of the Charles Baudelaire poem Enivrez-Vous (Be Drunk) to the audio book and radio play Die Künstliche Paradiese, (Hörbuch Hamburg/Radio Bremen). This consisted of a collaboration between Anne and her long time pianist Murat Parlak. The project was further developed into a “live” concept with a performance at the Volkesbühne in Berlin in October 2011.In view of the public and critical response to this, in 2012 plans are to take this “duo” project further, with various performances being planned throughout Europe and the possibility of recordings/releases. Now, in the year 2012 Anne Clark cooperates with Synonym Records Artists. The Remixer of her „Weltschmerz“ Audio Book Sample are Bifath, Ninohengst, Mario Ickert, Van Sohl, Milu, Clubmonkeys, Sunrise In Space, Marv, Clink Clank, Dan Chi and the Subsound Brothers. All Styles of electronic Music are the components. Released on Synonym Records (syn095) in 2012.

8 Apr 2012, 11:35 by KindOfDudeNotice the space? Here's how I see it:
powerpop is a pop punk music which is not punk'ish enough. It's become extremely popular through the 2000s decade. Examples include Allstar Weekend, or The Bigger Lights. More at my library's powerpop tag.
power pop, on the other hand, is a pop music in nature which is too heavy for regular pop, but is not as rebellious as rock usually is. It may often be confused with pop rock (which, btw, is even more mellow and more pop'ish than the power pop), and classic rock which is really a sort of rock, not pop music. It's emerged in the late 70s and early 80s with such acts as Gigolo Aunts, Luxury, and others. See my library's tag, and the global power pop tag, of course, for more examples.
Disclaimer: no tags war intended. This article just describes how I classify music and differentiate between the two genres' names.
