Phantogram is a psych-pop/trip-hop duo formed in 2007 in Saratoga Springs, NY, USA, and comprised of Sarah Barthel (vocals, keyboards) and Joshua Carter (vocals, guitars). Their music is a mix of organic and electronic sounds, with swirling guitar, spaced-out synths, and chopped up samples and rhythms.
