Slow dancing songs from the '50s and '60s.

  • Slow dancing songs from the '50s and '60s.

Could someone please recommend me some good slow dancing songs from the '50s and '60s? I especially like them in the style of "These Arms Of Mine" by Otis Redding, "When A Man Loves A Woman" by Percy Sledge and "Earth Angel (Will You Be Mine)" by The Penguins.

Just looking to expand my collection of slow dancing songs from those decades. :)

Thank you very much in advance. :)

ok there's an entire sweet list of 50's love songs but these are the songs i came up with on the top of my head:

"Duke of Earl" by the platters,
"Ebb Tide" by the righteous brothers,
"I've been loving you too long" by otis redding,
"Put your head on my shoulder" by the platters.

  • Try "Sleepwalk" by Santo & Johnnie, it`s an instrumental, but real gentle and romantic.

Check Brian Hyland's "Sealed with a Kiss".

  • I love the song "This guy's in love with you" by the great Burt Bacharach. Greetings.
