    I know this is probably a long shot, but I'm looking for somebody who wants to attend the Okkervil River show on June 26th (Thursday)in Calgary to do a ride share. It's a part of the Sled Island Festival, but I have no desire to pay for the whole festival nor spend the entire weekend down there. Since I'd rather not take Friday off work, it would be there and back in one day. Probably leave Edmonton around 3pm (doors at 6:30, GA seated) and come straight back after the show, which would put the return time anywhere between 2-5am. I can't see them playing TOO late, but you never know. Tickets for the Okkervil River concert are ~$32 (plus service rape) and depending on how many people (if any) are interested gas would run from 30 (half) to 10 (1/5th). Contact jurlacher[at]gmail.com if interested. I'd go by myself but that'd be a little too expensive and lame. Not to mention it'd exponentially increase my chances of falling asleep at the wheel.
