    Discuss the Unique Chart

    ^^^ makes sense.

    This week's artists are:

    No Bra

I'm very unfamiliar with this artist. He/she has some very interesting album covers.

    The Deathray Davies

This is the artist that I'm the most familiar with out of this week's chart. The creative force behind this band is John Dufilho. Dufilho has released solo albums and is now the newest member of Apples In Stereo.

    Gold Chains & Sue Cie

    PP Arnold (or P.P. Arnold)

    Awesome Color

  • no bra is insane...i listen to a lot of weird music and they are pretty out there..wacky electro pop w/ inronic spoken lyrics and strong feminist over tones and dirty stories.
    no bra is Susanne Oberbeck.

Miho Hatori is the only artist that I'm pretty familiar with, and that is due to Cibo Matto and Gorillaz.

When I posted this group, I didn't realize that Lifter Puller had the lead singer from The Hold Steady.

  • yeah Craig Finn and the guitarist started The Hold Steady after Lifter Puller broke up...in my opinion lifter puller is way better then The Hold Steady.

I love several tracks from Ten In The Swear Jar. I blame edith_lunch for my addiction to Sad Girl, Helsabot and a few other tracks. :)

  • dai usually starts it for each week. But he also said that any member of a band whose band makes the chart can post here. So if any of you live near Washington DC, (though I know chances are you don't), you should come see Moon Pie at the Velvet Lounge on U Street in DC next Wednesday, 10/22

you can get the info on our myspace: .http://www.myspace.com/moonpiemusic

    (worth a shot I guess.)
