  • Here's some I'm not sure on:
    Goa, India (80's/90's goa trance)
    ??, Netherlands (90's symphonic/gothic metal)

    For the former: Goa is a region rather than a city, for the latter, I'm not a 100% sure it's the area of origin, but there are lots of dutch bands in the genre (nemesea, within temptation, after forever, epica, delain, ect).
