Hallo zusammen, gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Tags auf last.fm in meine iTunes Bibliothek auf die entsprechenden Lieder zu mappen, also als Genre o.Ä. hinzuzufügen? Das wäre der genial, man könnte schicke intelligente Playlists machen und ein Song könnte unter mehreren Kriterien zu finden sein, wie "traurig, sad, theme oder ballad". Genial.
the question is about possibilities to get the Lastfm-Tags to the (local) MP3-Tags, for using them in iTunes etc. Acutally, I found this thread via Google, having the same question...
Does anybody know a tool, which can do that? (not only for new CDs, but for the whole library?)

its partially possible. You can use a Web Sources Script for Mp3tag to add the artist picture from last.fm to your mp3-files. The Script also offers the possibility to import the most used genres the artist has been tagged with on last.fm. Thereby ist possible to import only the "top tag" or eg the 3 most used tags. This script can be found here in the mp3tag forums. A little tutorial for chaning the amount of tags being imported can be found here. After saving the tags to your files you should be able to play around with them using itunes.
Das geht mit mp3tag und dem Source-Script "Get the first 3 Top Tags as Genre to categorize your music", zu beziehen im mp3-Forum. Details siehe dort. Ich habe damit schon ca. 30000 Tracks "vertaggt". Handarbeit ist aber angesagt.
