  I like this band alot but can somebody please tell me if this is the same band who released the song Scarred for life off of the Wrenched record in the late eighties or the early 90's or are there two of them, thank you for your time and patience

  Schon im Januar: "Heavy Metal Fruit Im August haben Motorpsycho gerade erst ihr aktuelles Album "Child Of The Future" ausschließlich auf Vinyl veröffentlicht, schon kündigen die Norweger am Rande ihrer gegenwärtigen Tour ihre nächste Platte für Mitte Januar kommenden Jahres an. Laut Gitarrist und Gründungsmitglied Hans Magnus "Snah" Ryan wird sie "Heavy Metal Fruit" betitelt sein. Sie hat knapp 60 Minuten Spielzeiten, verteilt auf nur sechs sehr ausladend arrangierte Heavy-Rock-Songs. "'Heavy Metal Fruit' ist eine Art Verlängerung von 'Child Of The Future'. Sie ist weitläufiger, die improvisierten Parts sind markanter ausgearbeitet, gleichzeitig aber auch lockerer und freier als auf COTF. Die Songs selbst besitzen mehr kantiges Heavy Metal-Riffing, haben auch auch nette Melodien. Der Titel erinnert mich an Neil Young. Er symbolisiert in einer ähnlichen Art und Weise wie er es vermutlich tun würde, dass das Album sowohl heavy als auch süß ist."

  hier nun eine kurze momentbeschreibung des gestrigen motorpsychokonzertes in berlin. das lido in kreuzberg war rammelvoll; hatte aber den charme eines soliden in die jahre gekommenden clubs. die band startete kurz nach 21.00h mit einem "sideway spiral" psychedelic brett...dann folgten gekonnt ineinanderübergehende nummern der letzten platte und den burnern der letzten 20 jahre motorpsycho...im psychedelic licht-laut-bass-musikrausch fegten die 3 stunden nur so dahin...der drummer muss im koffein oder in einem ähnlichen endorphinausschüttenden zustand gewesen sein...ein doppelfuß jagde den nächsten...kompletter wahnsinn...absolut ungeeignet für herzschrittmachertragende! den 3 amigos ist außer der wachsenden gesichts- und kopfbehaarung kein alterungsprozess im hier und jetzt anzusehen! respekt und vorfreude auf das nächste jahr motorpsycho in berlin...

  They are the Headliners Thursday Night at the Roadburn Festival in Tilburg,NL...great News....they were soo fucking tight at the Burg Herzberg Festival, It was a blast!
