Today's three S updates: Sources, sorting & speed

Today's new stuff on the site all started with the letter S: Sources, sorting & speed. :)

* New source page added, http://www.lololyrics.com/source/Fear+and+Loathing+In+Las+Vegas
* Sort by common criterias when browsing the artist pages, useful when there's a lot of lyrics, like on http://www.lololyrics.com/artist/Promo
* Some pages loads a lot faster now. (Artist pages, daily top50, etc.)
