[Enhancement Request] Send loved songs from Slacker to Last.fm

lastSlacker actually does send this information, but last.fm doesn't seem to do anything with it yet.

It is a fairly new feature added in their latest protocol, but I haven't been able to figure out why it doesn't work correctly.

I might have to dig around on the forums a bit to see if there is something I'm doing incorrectly. I think I remember seeing something about it only working with the official last.fm client.
