great innovative app! ... and 3 questions

  • great innovative app! ... and 3 questions

first off: congrats for this great and innovative application! this is how smart design should look (and feel) like!

i apologize that i don't want to read through the thesis for the following three questions i have:
    - i guess the colors of dots symbolizes membership to a genre, right? is there a possibility to get some kind of legend, which tells me which color symbolizes which genre cluster?
    - how can i switch ical calendars? at the moment only the first one is shown below the dot graph, unfortunately this is the calendar for german holidays :)
    - what means "chart mode" under "view"? i don't see any change...

thanks man, this one's really great!

I love this app too, though I wouldn't mind a little more documentation. I guess I am going to have to read the author's thesis. I hope it's in English or I am in trouble. :-)

Thanks for your comments, great to hear you like LastHistory!

I would recommend to check out the short introduction PDF that comes with LastHistory for a better overview of its functionality.

The colors are coding genres like follows:
    - orange: classical
    - yellow: jazz
    - green: funk
    - turquoise: hip-hop
    - blue: electronic
    - purple: rock
    - pink: metal
    - grey: unknown

LastHistory should show all iCal calendars above each other, each coded with the calendar’s color as chosen in iCal.

When playing history entries for an event (e.g. for photos or calendar entries), Charts Mode plays songs in the descending order of the number of plays of the songs during the selected timeframe.

glgray: yes the thesis is in English. Enjoy! ;)

  • Export feature?

I love love love Last History. I was wondering if you could incorporate an "Export" feature which will create a html page with the appropriate css/js files so that a person could upload them online and share with others.
