cannot log in

another unhappy bunny not able to log in to xbox live.
have reset password through pc, cleared cache on xbox but to no avail.
this appears to be a big problem looking at this forum that does not appear to being sorted.
if i am completely an idiot for not knowing my password and name please notify me asap to tell me where i am going so wrong

We think that maybe there is an issue where the old password is cached somewhere. Can you try removing the Xbox app from your applications list at Last.fm, and trying again?
