Can't be too hard to make this available in other countries. A little effort goes a long way.... Legal issues? I'm listening to LastFM on my Nokia now in the Netherlands. I have an iPhone now and am very surprised this is not available here.

The app is available in the US store for free. It's not in other stores because of legal issues than can take ages to be addressed. It's up to you to get the app from the US store. Creating a non-creditcard account in another store is a procedure explainded in the Apple's KB. I feel happy with it.
