  vedkdrew.. I believe it will only scrobble from within the Last.Fm client. If you have your iphone jailbroken, there is an audioscrobbler app. That will scrobble the regular media player.

  If you live in Canada (or anywhere in the world where Last.Fm is not availible), open up the iTunes Store, scroll to the bottom and click the flag icon in the bottom-right, and change it to US. Then, proceed to make a free account, and download Last.Fm (or any other apps that are not availible where you are). I hope this helps ;)

I have stopped to listen to classic radio or my own music library in favor of last.fm radio because it is just that good. I also love to go to sleep with it. But I either don't want to be waked by music in the night and neither damage my music statistics by not really listening to the stuff played nor needlessy leech last.fm's bandwidth. Unfortunately the iPhone app is missing the reminder bear which turns up fairly regulary in the webplayer. So I guess a sleep timer would be nice for the last.fm team as for me as a user. Please consider this in future builds and keep up the good work!
