Short answer: Technically yes, but the current release cannot be run on WM2003.

Long answer: Originally, the limitation to Windows Mobile 5 was imposed because only on WM5 there is an interface to query data provided by Windows Media Player. Even if you have one of the late WM2003 devices, which came with WMP 10 installed, it's still not possible to retrieve any track data from WMP. On the other hand, now there are at least two other media player (TCPMP/Mortplayer) providing track data in a way the client can handle - thus, if we accessed the data directly, without relying on the interfaces introduced with Windows Mobile 5, it would be possible to use the client on WM2003.

Unfortunately (in this case) the client now also features (limited) radio support, which uses interfaces provided by Windows Media Player 10, but these interfaces are inaccessible on WM2003, thus even if the modifications mentioned above were implemented, the application still would not start on WM2003.

In a nutshell: Only after both parts of the code (mediaplayer access and radio implementation) have been changed, WM2003 will be fully supported. Especially changing the radio implementation requires much work, thus do not expect this to happen quickly.

However, if you wish, I can send you the binary of v1.0, which theoretically should run on WM2003, although it's untested and another user reported problems with it. Note that, as stated above, you will neither be able to use WMP nor the radio.
