    Autorun - no need to show window.

    Is there any command line key to open the program with minimized window?
    I've added the program to autorun but the need to close it's window every time is annoying.

    No, there isn't. Additionally and unfortunately, shortcuts on Pocket PC do not have a feature similar to their desktop counterparts for specifying in a .lnk-file that an application should be opened minimized.

    I filed it as a feature request and it will be added in the next release probably.
