Listening and Scrobbling Together

Me and GothMetalAddict have been doing this successfully, but only for playing local tracks, not radio plays.

Yeah me too. I suggested this on a forum on Last.fm somewhere. I'm totally pro scrobbling together, since I'm living together with my gf.

So tell me your secret! :)

Our setup works on Windows with foobar2000 player, if You use Windows, please consider using foobar2000 (it's free), because I haven't figured out how to do that on Winamp and Windows Media Player easily. Other operating systems: sorry I have no idea, I also hope someone will share their knowledge here if they know how to do that on other combinations of operating systems-media players.

I'll post the HOW-TO later today ;)

I haven’t had the chance to try, but I think it’s possible to do this with iTunes on Mac OS X – have iScrobbler and the last.fm client running at the same time, but with two different logins entered for each plugin (yours and your significant other).

I'm still wondering whether mc08's theory works or not :D but it really makes sense, "Use two different scrobblers".

mc08's theory works great. I'm currently scrobbling to two accounts using the itunes client and iscrobbler 1.2 running simultaneously.

(wow, I can't believe I just spelled 'simultaneously' correctly on the first try.)
