We tend to collect songs&videos about (folk) music that comes from the South Serbia (Kosovo)

Rich culture heritage of the region brought numerous different styles in music. South of Serbia, as constantly being the center of the imperialistic desire (today Kosovo is lead by foreign army forces, like NATO, KFOR etc. are), has a specific melody which represents the answer of the population to that problem. Why are you sorrow, unhappy as one of the oldest musical memory of the agony from Ottoman Empire, can be easily revived. And it is. Being exiled from their ancient homes, people continue to express their sorrow through music.

    cont. another chapter in Serbia history about which people will compose such sorrowful (although beautiful) songs as Belo Platno sang. Hmm... it's cruel that so many beautiful things arise from human sorrow.

    It's really really sad what is happening these days in Serbia. When I look at that Urosh Perdich painting and when I realize how much blood had been shed on that field, Serbian blood - (but also some Polish blood and that of other Slavic nations) I get angry at all that has happened and at that partial attitude of the world and especially European countries. I only hope that it's not gonna be yet
