The album that makes you sick of love today

  • The album that makes you sick of love today

    Frank Zappa - Chunga's Revenge

The title track is such a crazy cry of love.

    And yours?

you mean like... I love this album because of it's love content or I hate this album because of it's love content?

    ...punto y aparte... daevith...
  • Well I mean the album that makes you lovesick...

My pick of the day is:

Lou Reed - The Blue Mask

It makes me wanna take a walk on the wild side more than any of his other albums.

Back when I cared it would have been Grace by Jeff Buckley.

    Seriously, it's just...relentless.

  • Aborted - Slaughter & Aparattus - A Metodical Overture

    -_-'

This group is a little bit emo :(

...I don't have any album on mind, but this song is half way there.

Lol, I think it's awesome! But really I think you all should be listing reasons why you should NOT want a girl in the first place. They are very manipulative y'know.

The chart proved that we are not:D

    Today I go for:

Tim Buckley - Goodbye and Hello

Jeff's father had a voice with even deeper emotion. Once I Was is a truly gloomy yet beautiful love song.

  • John Parish & Polly Jean Harvey - Dance Hall at Louse Point

Good one for a gloomy winter night...

  • Joahnsburg, Illinois by Tom Waits, from Swordfishtrombounes.

That entire record makes me more melancholic than lovesick, but there aren't full records that make me lovesick, or another example is that there are songs that aren't really sad but are attached to good memories of former relationships like:

Adam and the Ants- Kings Of The Wild Frontier

    Gabba Gabba Hey

The Get Up Kids - Something To Write Home About

  • Rufus Wainwright's version of "Chelsea Hotel No. 2" is currently slaying me to death

    "i need you/i don't need you..."

"30,000 Leagues Under the Scene" out now: last.fm | Bandcamp
  • The Cranberries - Bury the Hatchet

Yet, all of their albuns are excellent.
