  That shallow hip hop like Three 6 Mafia, D4L, Dem Franchise Boys, Soulja boy you name it...yep. Disgusting I know. And now looking at my library I'm seeing some artists that I may look back on in a couple of years and think, "I listened to that?!" Like DSI and Hocico. :p

  I used to listen to Korn, Fall Out Boy, Disturbed, Green Day, The Killers, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Panic! At The Disco, Mudvayne, Creed, Demon Hunter, Akon, Slipknot... My taste in modern music was atrocious at 15. I'm glad I had a great taste in the classics and I eventually discovered Iced Earth and Opeth which made my taste so much better. When I heard Dracula by Iced Earth in just the Itunes preview I actually deleted all the horrible modern music I downloaded.

  Hmm, I don't really hate what I used to listen to, I just don't listen to it anymore. However, I did set my charts to "Last 12 Months" by default, since what I've listened to has changed so much since I signed up here in 2004. (I was 15...) I guess I could have also reset my stats, but I don't want to lose 7 years of data either. Still, I totally understand the sentiment of this group.
