    Vista x64 Crack

    I have created a crack for Local.fm 1.5.1.4 that bypasses the "Local.fm requires administrative rights to run." error on Vista x64.

    1. Download it here
    2. Copy the file LocalFmVista64.exe to the Local.fm installation directory (i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\Local.fm)
    3. Run LocalFmVista64.exe to launch Local.fm (and change your shortcuts appropriately).

    Something might not work if you aren't administrator when you run this, but I don't know what.

    amrhassan, why not make this an open source project? That way other developers an contribute rather than hacking or starting from scratch to get around problems.

  • Not working for me on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Starts but crashes right away.

    Have to start looking for an alternative to Local.fm, I guess.

  • @swegelman: did you try running the crack file in XP compatibility mode? It seems to keep the program stable for me (Win 7 Home Premium 64-bit).
