  • Mario Vargas Llosa wins Nobel Prize - opinions ?

The Nobel Prize in Literature 2010 was awarded to Mario Vargas Llosa "for his cartography of structures of power and his trenchant images of the individual's resistance, revolt, and defeat".

I'm really happy with this - he's one of my favourite authors. What are your thoughts (if any) ?

    Dus.

When I hear Llosa, I bethink of the underrated national literatures that exceed him in the cartography of structures of power and his trenchant images of the individual's resistance, revolt, and defeat. But that's just me.

Great writer! "The War of the end of the world" is one of my favorite books ever.
