ESSENTIAL HIPSTER BLACK METAL

we're in elitist mode. the rules are:

don't apply if you don't have any black metal in your charts
(bumzur is not enough).
don't apply if you have only black metal in your charts.
don't apply if you have bands I don't like in your charts.
don't apply if you have less than 5k scrobbles.
don't apply if you don't scrobble or do it very rarely.
don't apply again after I've rejected you or you will be banned.
if you ask me why you're banned, you will be ignored. because obviously you haven't read these rules.
all of this is just about charts and being elitist and being ironic

Five interviews(Cara Neir, Book of Sand, Queen of Heathens, Bastard Sapling, and Æsahættr), one feature(Servile Sect), LOTS of reviews. 48 pages, hand-numbered, archaic German on the cover. We also have limited quantities of Vol. I and Vol. II that we reprinted for Chicago Zine Fest. We also are re-printing a limited amount of the anthology of all four volumes. The pre-order for that is up now. $15, 140 pages of black metal goodness. It's a weird thing seeing a year of work summed up like that, but hey, there you go. Here's to next year, more zines, more weirdly specific questions, and more images stolen from German/French heraldry books on Archive.org. Let us know if you have any questions about anything. We've already started working on Vol. V, and it should be a fire-cracker.
