What do they put in the water in Cerritos?
Whatever it is, this former farming community and
current model of American suburbia is THE unlikely
breeding ground for bona fide .
    The current generation of wizards
surfaced in the early . These visionaries
    unplugged their Entertainment Systems and
    traded them in for 1200s.
They pleaded with their parents to drive them

By the time the mid to early materialized,
the Cerritos D.J. scene was dominated by three groups:

to the silliness, and unite the three powerhouses.
The troika put away their differences and united,
behind the Funky President, becoming The Cerritos All Stars.
Today, the All Stars, three in one, and one in three,

    I'm a / / / / Ex writer / /
(Actually I'm still a ...LOL!) DJ / Events Promoter & Musician.
I don't drink ...do or .. (No real reason... I just feel like I don't need it.)
In Chicago most people know me as a & promoter,
I have been spinning records for over 20 some years &
throwing for nearly as long. I have never been very happy
doing things the easy way or even playing what everyone else is playing.
GOD!!! I HATE THE !!! Well.. most of the time ...
If you think you know what I'm going to play... your wrong.
I like to keep people guessing... Keep them on their toes...
I like taking chances ... mixing stuff that you wouldn't
normally hear played together. I know it may sound selfish but,
I only play what moves me. I think
I just give my audience more credit than most
do. Yeah, some folks want to hear the sing along stuff ...
but some don't. I try to take care of those peeps without losing everyone else.
    I'm perfectly fine clearing a ...
this is how new classics are made. I don't worry because
I know exactly how to get them all rite back out there
(I have 50 Cent records too) I just don't play them
the same way everyone else does. LOL!

  • Earthlings "Take a minute or a hour thirty five minutes Please"

    26 May 2007, 14:47 by DirtySkeMe

    Earthlings

EARTHLINGS is a feature length documentary about humanity's absolute dependence on animals (for pets, food, clothing, entertainment, and ... scientific research) but also illustrates our complete disrespect for these so-called "non-human providers." The film is narrated by Academy Award nominee Joaquin Phoenix (GLADIATOR) and features music by the critically acclaimed platinum artist Moby.

With an in-depth study into pet stores, puppy mills and animals shelters, as well as factory farms, the leather and fur trades, sports and entertainment industries, and finally the medical and scientific profession, EARTHLINGS uses hidden cameras and never before seen footage to chronicle the day-to-day practices of some of the largest industries in the world, all of which rely entirely on animals for profit. Powerful, informative and thought-provoking, EARTHLINGS is by far the most comprehensive documentary ever produced on the correlation between nature, animals, and human economic interests. There are many worthy animal rights films available, but this one transcends the setting. EARTHLINGS cries to be seen. Highly recommended!

    8 May 2007, 12:48 by kidindigo

The first 4 months have gone by and indeed 2007 has been lucrative for music. As the collective memory is so low these days and there’s so much production and hype, I want to emphasize the better stuff once more. Here’s a short recollection of what I’ve been listening to these past months, I couldn’t listen to lots of 2007 stuff thoroughly, but you can bet that we’ll be covering the latest efforts from Colleen, Stars of the Lid, De-Phazz, Kammerflimmer Collective, Badgerlore, Antibalas, The Focus Group, Pole, Islaja, Tied and Tickled Trio, Low, Panda Bear, Cocorosie, Hauschka, Miguel Migs, Thief, Solo Moderna, The Cinematic Orchestra and more when I get to listen to them.

Marnie Stern - Patterns of a Diamond Ceiling
    Alamaailman Vasarat - Katkorapu

    Bio:
enfoe came out of the woodworks in late 1998 in a battle

scratch competition and in Yokohama Japan November 2005
he won 1st place in the first ever Vestax World Extravaganza freestyle scratch competition.
Enfoe has definitely proven himself as one of the best turntablists in Texas and arguably the world.
Nowadays, enfoe is working on his debut solo album which
he is painstakingly constructing bit by bit by only using his turntables.
It will surely raise the bar for turntablists everywhere.
There are also rumors that he may be working on a scratch record.
Stay tuned, because one thing is for certain,
enfoe has really just begun to scratch the surface.
